Judicial and Non-Judicial Recruitment

The Lord President, as head of the Scottish judiciary, has the responsibility for the appointment of judicial roles (not covered by the Judicial Appointments Board for Scotland) and non-judicial roles (known as lay members).  Vacancies that arise will be published on this page.

We encourage applications from talented individuals, particularly from protected groups, disabled people, those from minority ethnic communities and people aged under 50.

If you are disabled and require a reasonable adjustment at any stage of the process please get in touch with the named person in the advert pack.
