Judicial and Non-Judicial Recruitment
The Lord President, as head of the Scottish judiciary, has the responsibility for the appointment of judicial roles (not covered by the Judicial Appointments Board for Scotland) and non-judicial roles (known as lay members). Vacancies that arise will be published on this page.
We encourage applications from talented individuals, particularly from protected groups, disabled people, those from minority ethnic communities and people aged under 50.

Appointment of Pensions Appeal Tribunals Scotland Members
The Lord President seeks to recruit for five legal, eight medical (four general medical members and four psychiatric medical members) and four service members to join the Pensions Appeal Tribunals Scotland.
