Summary Sheriff McCormack

Summary Sheriff Peter McCormack is based in the sheriffdom of Lothian & Borders, primarily at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.

He was appointed as a summary sheriff in 2017.

He became a member of the Faculty of Advocates in 1992. From 2001 to 2011, he served as a standing junior counsel in Scotland to the Ministry of Defence. He was appointed as a full time advocate depute in 2011, serving for 6 years, including more than 2 years in the National Sexual Crimes Unit.
