The Lord President, Lord Carloway, delivered a key note speech yesterday at a Scottish Public Law Group webinar.
He spoke on the necessity of change in the Scottish justice system during the pandemic.
The webinar also included talks on justice in the time of crisis presented by the Deputy President of the UK Supreme Court, Lord Hodge, and Tim Eicke QC, a judge of the European Court of Human Rights.
