Sep 17, 2021

The President of Scottish Tribunals’ fourth Annual Report has now been published.

The Lord President has today published the President of Scottish Tribunals’ fourth Annual Report.

The report covers the period from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021 and details the work undertaken within the Scottish Tribunals structure during this period.

The President of Scottish Tribunals, Lord Woolman, said:

“This is my first annual report as the President of Scottish Tribunals since taking up the role in August 2020. I’d like to express my deepest thanks to my predecessor, the Right Honourable Lady Smith, for establishing and guiding the Scottish Tribunal system since its inception. I would also like to thank the chamber presidents for their continued dedication to the tribunals.

Overall, I am immensely proud of the work completed by all members of staff within the Scottish Tribunals and each chamber’s contribution during this difficult time.”

Please note: The functions of the 'Valuation Appeal Committees' as referred to in the report will transfer to a newly created local taxation chamber.
